About the Author

Stephen R. Clark is the principal of CleverSmith™ Writing (www.CleverSmith.com) in Cleveland, OH. He was the Executive Director of Communications for Chancellor University in Cleveland. Before that, he was a project editor with Wiley Publishing, Consumer Dummies and has been a writer for more than 30 years.

He was the editor of Christian Bookseller magazine (now Christian Retailing) and the managing editor of Bridge Publishing, Inc. (now Bridge-Logos Books), and has held business communications positions with companies such as AT&T, Best Access Systems (Stanely), and Rolls-Royce.

He has ghostwritten several Christian books including Preparing for Battle by Mark Bubeck (Moody Press). He is a contributor to the New Men’s Devotional Bible (Zondervan) and Inside Mysteries of the Bible (Time & American Bible Society).

He is a coauthor of the Christian Family Guide to Surviving Divorce (Alpha) and was also the project editor and contributor for the Cup of Comfort Devotional and Christian Miracles (Adams Media).
